2022-2023 Meeting Schedule with Submission Deadlines

Agenda items must be submitted two weeks prior to the meeting date. Late submissions will be postponed to the next meeting. The agenda will be posted online one week prior to the meeting. NOTE: All meetings will be held 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. via ZOOM until further notice

 All course and program proposals will be submitted through the Courseleaf system. Please direct any questions related to submissions to the Council Secretary: ugc@gmu.edu. Questions about Courseleaf should be directed to the Registrar’s Office or your department’s catalog author.
